Delivered to your accommodation or collected by you from our premises in Kato, Paphos.

To guarantee availability we would recommend that you book your mobility scooter in advance. All advance bookings require a deposit of €50 per booking. The deposit will be offset against the final balance of hire costs associated with the booking.

To book your mobility scooter you will be required to provide the following information:

1. Full Name of Hirer
2. Home Country Address
3. Email Address (if applicable)
4. Home Country Telephone Number
5. Inbound and Outbound flight details (Flight number, date and time of arrival/departure)
6. Date of Delivery or Collection from our premises
7. Date of Return or Collection
8. Whether you would prefer AM or PM collection/delivery and at what time would suit you best (please see collection/delivery times below).
9. Address for Delivery
10. Contact details during hire:
a. Telephone
b. Address (if different from above)
11. Address from which you would prefer collection (if different from above)
12. Type of Mobility Scooter you wish to hire (see Products Page)

Booking Deposit and Final Balance Payment

Deposits must be made in Euros either by cash or cheque, made payable to Cyprus-Mobility at Cyprus-Mobility, 26 Paphias Aphrodities, Bar Street, Kato Paphos, Cyprus. If you are unable to provide your deposit in Euros, please contact us for an alternative manner of deposit facility.

Final Balance in Euros must be paid in full on collection from our premises or delivery to your specified location of the Mobility Scooter(s).

Cancellation Charges

You must give notice to cancel in writing and the charges shown below apply from the date we receive the notice of cancellation.

Collection and Delivery Times

Our premises are open daily from 9am to 8pm.
Deliveries can be made between 9am and 8pm.
Please note we cannot guarantee and exact time of delivery. However we do aim to deliver and collect our equipment within 2 hours of your specified time.

Security Deposit

On collection from our premises or delivery to your specified address, you will be required to provide a ‘security/damage deposit’ of €100 per mobility scooter. This is a fully refundable deposit, providing the equipment is returned without damage.

Your safety is your responsibility.
Cyprus-Mobility cannot be held responsible for any injuries you incur upon yourself.
